Jenny Papakonstantinou

Jenny is a member of the Labor Law team. She deals with the business' compliance with employment law provisions and aims to achieve solutions adapted to the needs of each business, always through team collaboration.

Jenny is the firm’s trainee lawyer, focusing on Labor and Social Security Law as well as Immigration Law. She is acquainted with a variety of legal areas. She is responsible for drafting legal reports, agreements, and conducting legal research in the fields of labor and social security law. She also handles cases of immigration law, managing the issuance of residence permits for company executives and digital nomad visas. She is responsible for managing the firm’s external procedural work in relation to the courts and public authorities.

Before joining Platis-Anastassiadis & Associates, Law Partnership - Associated with EY Greece, Jenny provided legal support on civil and commercial law issues while working at a large law firm in Athens. She also worked as a trainee lawyer at one of the major banking institutions in Greece, focusing on banking, finance law, and Greek litigation processes.

She holds an LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace (Faculty of Law, 2021) and an LL.M. from the Democritus University of Thrace (Faculty of Law, 2023) in International and European Energy Law.

She is registered with the Athens Bar Association as a trainee lawyer (2021).
